HR Executive / Manager

We're hiring an HR Executive / Manager to build a people-first culture at OneDigital. You'll own hiring, onboarding, engagement, and HR operations — helping us attract and retain exceptional creative and marketing talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Run smooth onboarding and a great employee experience.
  • Maintain HR records, policies, attendance, and payroll inputs.
  • Drive engagement, culture, and performance-review processes.
  • Support managers on people matters and resolution.
  • Champion OneDigital's values and workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR / talent / people operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labour basics.
  • Organised, discreet, and empathetic.
  • Comfort hiring creative and marketing roles.
  • Manager level: experience owning the full HR function.
