Jr. Art Director

We're hiring a Jr. Art Director to help shape the visual direction of campaigns and brands. You'll bridge design and strategy — developing concepts, art-directing shoots and content, and keeping the creative bar exceptionally high.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns.
  • Art-direct photoshoots, video, and content production.
  • Guide designers to keep work cohesive and elevated.
  • Translate briefs into bold, on-brand creative ideas.
  • Present concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain consistency and craft across deliverables.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showing concept and art-direction ability.
  • Solid design foundation (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent visual taste and storytelling instinct.
  • Ability to lead and direct creative execution.
  • Collaborative, organised, and open to feedback.
  • 2+ years in design / art direction preferred.
